What will you do as a Service Technician at our IES Communications' Phoenix Branch?
As the Lead Service Technician in Phoenix, you will assume responsibility for effective performance and provide necessary training, adhere to Company and customer safety and quality guidelines, and hold weekly safety meetings. You will also initiate performance related communications and escalate to the Project Manager if necessary. The Services Technician in Phoenix will be responsible for installing work area outlets, building closets, completing IDC connections, performing testing, identifying active voice or data circuits, troubleshooting fiber and copper cabling, and completing all IES COMMERCIAL paperwork accurately and on time. Both positions will adhere to and participate in all Company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards and regulations, and complete other responsibilities as assigned.
