They are skilled in installing control panels, controllers, and bending conduit ranging from 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Meanwhile, the Senior Lead Controls Technician plays a pivotal role in managing the project team by recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff to ensure all customer and company goals are met. This position involves comprehensive management duties such as scheduling, monitoring project profitability, ensuring compliance with budgets, maintaining quality checks, and serving as the primary liaison with customers. Both roles are crucial for our operations in Phoenix, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, effectively, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
