What will you do as a Quality Supervisor at our IES Communications' Peoria Branch?
As the Quality Supervisor in Peoria, you will work closely with the Quality Manager to establish the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications for all business units. Your duties will include defining and training quality procedures to the team and operations staff, reviewing reports to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensuring that manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. Additionally, you will proactively look for ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures, monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing recommendations, make suggestions for changes and improvements, and use relevant quality tools to ensure that managers and other staff understand how to improve the business. You will also monitor the team to confirm that they are working as effectively as possible, be a customer advocate, and mentor team members to achieve their professional and personal goals. Other duties as assigned will also be part of your responsibilities.
