What will you do as a Training Coordinator at our IES Communications' El Mirage Branch?
As employees of our El Mirage branch, the Training Department Coordinator manages and tracks all training records, including technical, job-specific, and safety training. They coordinate both internal and external training programs, send class reminders to participants, and manage classroom set-up and required catering. Additionally, they maintain the training schedule and calendar, enroll participants in external training courses, and assist with scheduling quality audits in the IESOS system. The Coordinator also formats, prints, and distributes required training materials, coordinates with training vendors, and manages training records, including sending out reminders to employees on continuing education requirements and certificate renewals. They may also assist the team with training video creation and editing and other assigned responsibilities.
