This individual is tasked with meticulously managing and tracking training records across various domains such as technical, job-specific, and safety training. They are responsible for coordinating both internal and external training programs, which includes sending class reminders, managing classroom setups alongside necessary catering, maintaining the training schedule and calendar, and enrolling participants in external courses. Furthermore, their duties extend to assisting with quality audits scheduling within the IESOS system, preparing and distributing training materials, liaising with training vendors, and overseeing training records management—ensuring employees are reminded about continuing education requirements and certificate renewals. Additionally, they support the team with the creation and editing of training videos among other assigned responsibilities, embodying the commitment of our New Mexico branches to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of training efficiency.
