They are responsible for coordinating both internal and external training programs, which includes sending class reminders, managing classroom setups alongside necessary catering, maintaining the training schedule and calendar, and enrolling participants in external courses. Furthermore, their duties extend to assisting with quality audits scheduling within the IESOS system, preparing and distributing training materials, liaising with training vendors, and overseeing training records management—ensuring employees are reminded about continuing education requirements and certificate renewals.
