What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Chandler Branch?
Our branch in Chandler is currently seeking Project Coordinators to join our team. As Project Coordinators, our employees will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective cooperation and communication. They will be responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, as well as managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. Additionally, they will review and upload test results, review drawings, and physically measure rooms to ensure accuracy. Other tasks include coordinating with project management and superintendents, analyzing cost and resource graphs, creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, and performing reporting audits for accuracy. Our Project Coordinators must be self-sufficient problem solvers, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality. They will also assist in project closeout and periodic change of duties as requested.
