Our Estimators and Estimator Level II professionals are at the heart of our operations, providing comprehensive project engineering, material selection, and labor estimating while developing detailed cost estimates in response to bid specifications. They act as crucial liaisons among sales, project management, and operations teams, ensuring alignment between sales prices and actual installation costs, adhering to company guidelines for vendor and product selection, and meeting stringent bid schedules and deadlines. Meanwhile, our Project Cost Estimator Interns bring fresh perspectives to site evaluations and cost estimation, supporting the team by conducting site walks for new estimates and ongoing projects to identify change orders and progress updates. Leading the charge is our Lead Estimator, who not only manages the workflow within the estimating team but also mentors and provides direction, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with upper management to refine processes and drive continuous improvement, alongside managing client relationships and holding project team members accountable for deliverables.
