What will you do as a Quality Manager at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?

As the Quality Manager at our Buckeye branch, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the Director of Quality and Development in establishing the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications across all business units. This will involve defining and training quality procedures to the team and operations staff, as well as reviewing reports to ensure customer requirements are met and manufacturers' specifications are adhered to. You will also play a proactive role in identifying opportunities to reduce waste and enhance efficiency, setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures, and monitoring performance through data gathering and analysis. Additionally, you will be expected to provide recommendations for changes and improvements, utilizing relevant quality tools to ensure managers and staff understand how to enhance the business. Acting as a customer advocate and mentoring team members to achieve their professional and personal goals will also be part of your duties.
