What will you do as a Warehouse Manager at our IES Communications' Birmingham Branch?
In Birmingham, our branch is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse. This role includes managing the warehouse staff and overseeing all deliveries, warehouse inventory, and tooling. The Warehouse Manager will also be in charge of creating job kits for large projects and establishing a process for managing them. Additionally, they will be responsible for pulling all tooling off the job and conducting inventory upon job completion. The Warehouse Manager will also create tech kits for service technicians and develop a process for managing them. Another important responsibility is to create and manage an installation team that will prefab fiber and copper for larger Data Center installs. Furthermore, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for going through all storage cages, creating a database of information, and establishing a process for the removal of unused inventory. Other responsibilities may be assigned as well.
