As the Training Department Coordinator in Birmingham, you will be responsible for managing and tracking all training records, including technical, job-specific, and safety training. This role also involves coordinating internal and external training programs, sending class reminders to participants, and managing classroom set-up and catering. Additionally, you will maintain the training schedule and calendar, enroll participants in external training courses, and assist with the scheduling of quality audits in the IESOS system. Other responsibilities include formatting, printing, and distributing required training materials, coordinating with training vendors, and managing training records, such as sending out reminders to employees on continuing education requirements and assisting with training video creation and editing.
