They are tasked with preparing a Lessons-Learned log, aiming for continuous improvement in the commissioning process, while also offering ongoing operations support, assessing projects, and aiding in capital planning alongside project managers. Documentation is key; thus, they ensure all commissioning deliverables are thoroughly completed. Providing technical support to project managers and reviewing monthly project Estimates to Complete (ETC) with both local and corporate finance managers are also critical responsibilities. Above all, the Commissioning Manager ensures smooth documentation and handovers, adhering strictly to IES procedures, and maintains regular meetings with IES teams to address and rectify any identified deficiencies, upholding our commitment to excellence in every project we undertake.
