What will you do as a Service Technician at our IES Communications' Dulles Branch?
Our branch in Dulles is currently seeking a Lead Service Technician and a Services Technician. The Lead Service Technician will be responsible for ensuring effective performance and providing necessary training, as well as adhering to safety and quality guidelines. They will also be responsible for initiating performance-related communications and escalating issues to the Project Manager if necessary. The Services Technician will be responsible for installing work area outlets, building closets, and performing testing on cables. Both positions will be required to complete all paperwork accurately and on time, as well as adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations.
