As employees of our branch in Salt Lake City, the Project Management Office Program Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing program-specific process improvements in project management operations that align with the company's financial goals. They assist in PM recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations, as well as reviewing recommendations for project management employees' promotions and pay changes. The Program Manager provides guidance and mentoring to meet company goals, participates in recommendations for PM performance ratings, and monitors project financial health. They also monitor branch operations and PM compliance metrics, intervene to improve the financial outlook of negatively impacted projects, and assist in the development of project execution plans. Additionally, they act as the company liaison for customer interface and support all company EHS processes and procedures. The Project Management Office Systems Lead, on the other hand, serves as the IES point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform. They perform and manage system administration tasks, development, design, engineering, architecture, networking, and configuration. They also oversee system rollout, training, and usage monitoring for all IES branches/departments, troubleshoot system issues, and lead future functionality and system development. The Systems Lead conducts process evaluations, collaborates with stakeholders to identify and interpret their needs, and works closely with internal clients and external vendors/partners to assess functional requirements. They identify problems, research alternatives, prepare presentations, and implement solutions for multiple applications within multiple functions. The Systems Lead also coordinates new development activities, drives automation opportunities, manages routine and special projects, and reports individual productivity. They facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare business requirements documents, work with development and test teams, perform user acceptance testing, and conduct training for stakeholders.
