What will you do as a Safety Trainer at our IES Communications' Bluffdale Branch?
As employees of IES in Bluffdale, the Safety Trainer, Safety Trainer and Program Coordinator, and Safety Trainer/Program Coordinator fully support all IES safety policies, procedures, programs, and federal and state standards. They maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ensure implementation of and compliance with IES Safety policies, procedures, and programs. These employees develop and provide safety training that is trade-related and deliver training in the classroom, conduct training classes, administer exams, and ensure a safe and pleasant learning environment for staff and students. They also coordinate safety training for management and field personnel, conduct safety audits and inspections, and prepare written reports and summaries to provide concise, meaningful information regarding safety audits, investigations, and issues. Additionally, they teach, counsel, and mentor all stakeholders to uphold the IES Safety Culture and work with the training team to design and implement new training programs and revise old programs.
