What will you do as a Travel Manager at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?

Our Dallas branch is seeking Travel Managers who will oversee all travel-related staff, from hiring to training, managing, and disciplining. They will also provide guidance and mentoring to meet company goals and objectives, update travel policies, negotiate vendor pricing, and ensure accurate and timely expense reporting. Additionally, they will assist Travel Coordinators in making travel arrangements, maintain travel-related records and documents, and work with representatives from AMEX and Concur to ensure efficient travel for the company. The Travel Manager will maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making, handle issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company, and ensure that travelers have necessary approvals to drive company or rental vehicles.
