What will you do as a Safety Trainer at our IES Communications' Dallas Branch?

As employees of our branch in Dallas, the Safety Trainer, Safety Trainer and Program Coordinator, and Safety Trainer/Program Coordinator fully support all IES safety policies, procedures, programs, and federal and state standards. They maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, ensuring implementation of and compliance with IES Safety policies, procedures, and programs. They develop and provide trade-related safety training, conduct training classes, administer exams, and evaluate trainees' performance. They also coordinate safety training for management and field personnel, conduct safety audits and inspections, and prepare reports and summaries regarding safety audits, investigations, and issues. Additionally, they work with the training team to design and implement new training programs and complete other assigned duties.
