What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Cedar Park Branch?
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator in Cedar Park who will be responsible for effectively communicating and cooperating with the Project Manager and team members, coordinating and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution and customer delivery progress, reviewing and uploading test results, and performing various project engineering tasks. This role also involves analyzing cost and resource graphs, tracking program level billing and reporting, creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, and maintaining program level dashboards. The Project Coordinator will also assist in project closeout and handle periodic change of duties as needed.
