What will you do as a Safety Coordinator at our IES Communications' Salem Branch?
As our Lead Safety Coordinator and Safety Coordinator in Salem, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits, leading safety training sessions for employees, investigating accidents or incidents, and serving as the primary contact for all safety-related issues. You will also fully support all IES and Site/Customer safety policies, procedures and programs, ensure implementation and compliance with IES Safety Policies, Procedures and Programs, perform safety presentations, conduct safety audits/inspections, oversee confined space entry activities, and participate in OSHA inspection processes.
