What will you do as a Superintendent at our IES Communications' Eugene Branch?

As our employees in Eugene, the Superintendent will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, managing, and supervising all project-related staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company goals, act as the senior company liaison for operational interface with customer representatives, and manage overall workload distribution and staffing levels. Additionally, the Superintendent will ensure successful job completion, review job cost postings for accuracy, and perform quality checks, while also serving as the main on-site customer contact for questions and concerns, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise, and monitoring operational processes for accuracy and efficiency. They will also actively promote safety as the first priority, lead operations meetings and training sessions, and manage tools and truck inventory and maintenance, as well as completing any other responsibilities as assigned.
