Our branch in Rio Rancho employs Safety Trainers and Program Coordinators who fully support all IES safety policies, procedures, programs, and federal and state standards. They maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ensure implementation of and compliance with IES Safety policies, procedures, and programs. These employees develop and provide trade-related, project management, and delivery training in the classroom, conduct training classes, administer exams, and ensure a safe learning environment. They also deliver and coordinate safety training for management and field personnel, prepare written reports and summaries, and conduct needs-assessments. Additionally, they work with the training team to design and implement new training programs and revise old programs, and complete other duties as assigned.
