What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Albuquerque Branch?
Our branch in Albuquerque is seeking Project Coordinators who will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and cooperation. They will be responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution, and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. Additionally, they will review and upload test results, review drawings and physically measure rooms, and perform various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. They must be able to work with little or no supervision, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and preserve confidential information. They will also assist the program accounting department by spot checking costs and analyzing cost and resource graphs. They should have strong Excel skills and be able to create, correct, and revise complex spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs. Reporting audits, maintaining dashboards, and providing necessary elements for weekly/monthly reports are also part of their responsibilities. Periodic change of duties and participation in project closeout may be required.
