What duties do our Pre-Construction employees do at our IES Communications' Raleigh Branch?
In Raleigh, our branch is currently seeking individuals for the following positions: Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist, Pre-Construction Manager, and Lead Designer. The Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing programs for continuous improvement and tracking of fade/gain in projects. They also conduct training needs assessments, provide training classes, and evaluate the effectiveness of training. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and supervises quality/efficiency within the department. They also recruit, hire, train, and manage estimating staff, and participate in department management meetings. The Lead Designer manages workflow within their design and estimating team, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and supervises quality/efficiency within their team. They also lead design projects, collaborate with clients and design team members, and provide technical support and leadership.
