What will you do as a Service Technician at our IES Communications' Charlotte Branch?
In Charlotte, our Lead Service Technician and Services Technician are responsible for installing work area outlets, building closets, and completing all necessary connections and testing for fiber and copper cabling. They both adhere to IES COMMERCIAL labeling standards and complete all paperwork accurately and on time. The Lead Service Technician also assumes responsibility for training and safety meetings, as well as escalating performance-related communications to the Project Manager if necessary. Both technicians adhere to all Company, customer, and industry quality and safety standards and regulations, and complete any other assigned responsibilities.
