They maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and ensure implementation of and compliance with IES Safety policies, procedures, and programs. They deliver and coordinate safety training for management and field personnel in accident prevention techniques, compliance with IES safety policies, procedures, and programs, and federal and state standards.
