At our Georgia branches, our Director of Project Management Operations plays a pivotal role in overseeing the progress and financial health of construction projects. This individual diligently attends monthly Holland meetings to ensure project schedules and finances are on track, while also reviewing construction contracts to provide critical recommendations. Our director is hands-on, frequently visiting sites to audit ongoing work against projected costs and serving as an internal mentor during schedule adjustments or delays, offering guidance on change orders and engaging legal support when necessary. They maintain open lines of communication with the President and VP of Finance, especially regarding challenges, and act as a senior liaison with customer representatives, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
