As employees of our branch in Atlanta, the Project Management Office Program Manager is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing program-specific process improvements in project management operations that align with the Company's financial goals. They assist in PM recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations, as well as reviewing recommendations for promotions and pay changes. The Program Manager provides guidance and mentoring to meet Company goals, participates in PM performance ratings and improvements, and monitors project financial health. They also ensure branch operations and PM compliance metrics are met, assist in project execution planning, and manage multiple scopes of work. Additionally, they act as the Company liaison with customers and support EHS processes and procedures. The Project Management Office Systems Lead, on the other hand, serves as the IES point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform. They perform system administration tasks, manage system development and configuration, oversee system rollout and training, troubleshoot system issues, and lead future functionality and system development. They work closely with internal clients and external vendors/partners, identify end user requirements, and report departmental needs to management. The Systems Lead also identifies problems, drives solutions, and implements them for multiple applications within multiple functions. They facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare business requirements documents, and collaborate with development and test teams to ensure project success.
