What will you do as a Branch Manager at one of IES Communications' Colorado Branches?

At our Colorado branches, the Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the direction and success of the team. This individual is tasked with ensuring that Project Managers (PMs) efficiently recruit, train, manage, and if necessary, discipline project-related staff to uphold our company's standards and objectives. The manager oversees human resource issues, reviews performance ratings, and guides promotions and pay adjustments, fostering a productive environment for all employees. Additionally, they are responsible for developing new opportunities, assigning tasks to Sales Account Managers, and tracking outcomes through our specialized software, setting quotas and margins for sales personnel. In collaboration with regional management, the Branch Manager leads the branch’s delivery operations, customer satisfaction, administrative functions, and coordinates with other branches on shared accounts. They also oversee workload distribution, monitor project progress, participate in bids, and serve as the primary liaison with customers, driving process improvements and fulfilling various responsibilities to achieve our goals at the Colorado branches.
