What duties do our Payroll employees do at our IES Communications' San Jose Branch?
As a Payroll Compliance Analyst and Auditor in San Jose, you will be responsible for reviewing time and attendance reports on a daily basis to identify errors and exceptions to policy, as well as reviewing Lunch/Break Penalty Hours. You will also work on project coding and labor hour allocation, partner with managers to correct errors, and maintain progress reports for Company Leadership. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing multi-state payroll for over 2500 employees, handling employee and business partner queries, and analyzing and processing off-cycle pay, special payments, adjustments, and reversals. You will also be responsible for manual garnishment calculations, compiling and distributing Certified Payroll reporting, and assisting with monthly journal entries and month-end analysis.
