Our branch in San Francisco is currently seeking a Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist, Pre-Construction Manager, and Lead Designer to join our team. The Pre-Construction Compliance Specialist is responsible for developing programs for continuous improvement and tracking of fade/gain in projects, conducting root cause analysis, and providing project management on special projects. The Pre-Construction Manager manages workflow within the estimating department, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and supervises quality/efficiency within the department. The Lead Designer manages workflow within their design and estimating team, mentors and provides direction to estimators and designers, and provides expert leadership in managing integrated design teams and their interactions with clients.
