What will you do as a Senior Database Administrator at our IES Communications' Sacramento Branch?
As our Senior Database Administrator in Sacramento, you will work directly with end users to translate business requirements into functional applications and maintain SQL database systems. You will collaborate with developers to ensure a stable and high availability system, and design database structures to meet customer and company needs. Additionally, you will act as the Company liaison for interface with customer representative(s), create and implement process improvements, and maintain backups and high availability of systems. You will also provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users, enforce and document database policies, procedures and standards, and monitor database performance to ensure data security, privacy and integrity.
