What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Anaheim Branch?
As employees of our branch in Anaheim, Project Coordinators are responsible for effectively cooperating and communicating with the Project Manager and team members, preparing and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress, reviewing and uploading test results, physically measuring rooms to ensure accuracy, and performing various project engineering tasks tied to schedule maintenance. They also coordinate with Project Management and Leads/Superintendents to create and maintain project implementation calendars, handle multiple projects simultaneously with little or no supervision, assist the program accounting department by spot checking costs, analyze cost and resource graphs, interact and track program level billing and reporting, create and revise complex Excel spreadsheets, perform reporting audits, maintain program level dashboards, and provide necessary elements for weekly/monthly reports. They may also assist in project closeout and have periodic changes in duties upon request.
