The Safety Trainer, Safety Trainer and Program Coordinator, and Safety Trainer/Program Coordinator positions in Tucson fully support all IES safety policies, procedures, programs, and federal and state standards, ensuring compliance and implementation of safety policies and programs, delivering trade-related safety training in the classroom, conducting training classes using various methods, administering exams and performance evaluations, identifying and addressing competency gaps, coordinating safety training for management and field personnel, conducting safety audits and investigations, preparing reports and maintaining safety records, and mentoring stakeholders to uphold the IES Safety Culture.
