In Surprise, our branch offers two job positions: Lead Service Technician and Services Technician. The Lead Service Technician is responsible for ensuring effective performance and providing necessary training. They are also responsible for adhering to safety and quality guidelines, holding weekly safety meetings, and escalating performance-related issues to the Project Manager if necessary. Their duties include installing work area outlets, building closets, installing grounding, completing IDC connections, performing testing, troubleshooting fiber and copper cabling, and completing all necessary paperwork accurately and on time. The Services Technician has similar responsibilities and tasks as the Lead Service Technician, including installing work area outlets, building closets, installing grounding, completing IDC connections, performing testing, troubleshooting fiber and copper cabling, and completing paperwork accurately and on time.
