They oversee the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. Additionally, they lead, mentor, and support the Sales & Marketing team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth. They analyze market research and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion and product enhancement, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our Sales & Mktg Support employees support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads through market research and promotional activities, as well as assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials. They also maintain and update customer relationship management databases to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales progress. Collaborating with the marketing team, they plan and execute events aligning with sales strategies and monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns. Lastly, our Sales and Marketing Administrative Support employees are responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements and updating proposal and pre-qualification documents. They assist the sales team with RFPs and organize and prepare customer proposal binders. They also create tracking for Bid Proposal Support and enforce company policies, standard operating procedures, and job safety requirements.
