The Security Systems Programmer conducts data entry, troubleshooting, and installation of access control and video management systems. The Security Systems Site Superintendent manages project crews, ensures adherence to safety and quality guidelines, and completes all necessary paperwork. They also act as the senior liaison with customers and review operational processes for improvement. The Security Systems Technician Level I installs security systems and adheres to quality and safety standards. Lastly, the Senior Lead Security Systems Technician recruits, manages, and mentors project staff, ensures project profitability, and oversees job completion and customer satisfaction. They also review operational processes and promote safety.
