What duties do our Audio Visual employees do at our IES Communications' Phoenix Branch?

In our Phoenix branch, the Audio Visual Designer plays a crucial role in creating advanced AV solutions tailored to customer requirements, including producing detailed documentation and coordinating with clients and teams for seamless installations. Our AV Field Engineers I & II, along with Senior AV Field Engineers, are experts in troubleshooting, system commissioning, and ensuring quality control across projects, providing both in-house and field support to ensure project success. The AV Programmer focuses on crafting user-friendly interfaces and supporting field engineers remotely, while our Project Manager and Superintendent oversee project execution, staff management, and client relations to meet company goals. Lastly, the Audio Visual Technical Manager is responsible for implementing AV9000 project certification standards, managing team compliance, and optimizing operational processes to uphold the highest quality and safety standards in all our engagements.
