What will you do as a Project Controller at our IES Communications' Peoria Branch?
The Project Controller in our branch in Peoria is responsible for assisting project managers in developing budgets and chart of accounts for each project, tracking job costs from start to completion, forecasting total billing costs, ensuring contract compliance, resolving open items with customers, facilitating efficient job close-out, collaborating with timekeepers and payroll, reading and understanding project schedules, and performing other duties as assigned by the manager. Having experience with MS Project or P6 Primavera, as well as knowledge of cost and resource loaded project schedules, would be beneficial.
