As the Project Management Office Program Manager in our Litchfield Park branch, your duties will include creating, developing, and implementing program-specific process improvements in project management operations that align with the company's financial goals. You will also assist in PM recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations, as well as reviewing recommendations for project management employees' promotions and pay changes. Your role will involve providing guidance and mentoring to meet company goals and objectives, participating in recommendations for PM performance ratings and improvements, and monitoring project financial health to achieve company goals. Additionally, you will monitor branch operations and PM compliance metrics, assist in the development of project execution plans, and manage multiple scopes of work. You will also act as the company liaison for customer interface and support all company EHS processes and procedures. As the Project Management Office Systems Lead, you will serve as the IES point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform. Your responsibilities will include performing and managing system administration tasks, development, design, engineering, architecture, networking, and configuration. You will also oversee systems rollout, training, and usage monitoring for all IES branches/departments, troubleshoot system issues, and lead future functionality and system development. Additionally, you will conduct process evaluations, work with stakeholders to identify and interpret their needs, and collaborate with internal clients and external vendors/partners to document functional requirements. You will also identify problems, drive solutions, and implement them for multiple applications within multiple functions. Your role will involve coordinating new development activities, driving automation opportunities, managing routine and special projects, and providing guidance to peers. You will report individual productivity and facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare business requirements documents, perform user acceptance testing, and conduct training for stakeholders.
