What will you do as a Safety Coordinator at our IES Communications' Chandler Branch?
Our branch in Chandler is seeking a Lead Safety Coordinator and a Site Safety Coordinator to develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory bodies, conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, lead safety training sessions for employees, investigate accidents or incidents, and maintain a culture of safety within the organization. Both positions will also ensure implementation and compliance with IES Safety Policies, Procedures and Programs within the Communications Division and Site/Customer Site Specific Policies, Procedures and Programs, perform safety presentations and develop related training, schedule and perform documented jobsite safety audits/inspections, oversee confined space entry activities, conduct root cause investigations, participate in OSHA inspections, and maintain safety related records and reports.
