Our Safety Trainers and Program Coordinators at our branch in Cave Creek fully support all IES safety policies, procedures, programs and federal and state standards, maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. They develop and provide trade-related, project management and delivery training in the classroom, ensuring a safe and pleasant learning environment for staff/students. They also conduct and coordinate root cause investigations on recordable incidents, near misses and vehicle incidents, and prepare and maintain safety-related records and reports.
