What duties do our Sales and Marketing employees do at our IES Communications' Buckeye Branch?
As our Sales & Marketing Sr Support Manager in Buckeye, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed organizational goals, as well as overseeing the creation and execution of effective marketing campaigns. You will also lead, mentor, and support the Sales & Marketing team, analyze market research and sales data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving company objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction. As our Sales & Mktg Support, you will support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads, assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, maintaining and updating customer relationship management databases, and collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute events. Our Sales and Marketing Administrative Support will be responsible for completing and maintaining pre-qualification statements, updating proposal and pre-qualification documents, tracking pre-qualifications on Excel Spreadsheet, organizing and maintaining the Prequal and the Proposal Folders, creating presentations, charts, graphs, and reports, and enforcing Company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Safety requirements.
