What will you do as a System Administrator at our IES Communications' Montgomery Branch?
Our branch in Montgomery is currently seeking both a Junior System Administrator and a System Administrator. The Junior System Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, networks, and related hardware and software. They will also provide first and second level telephone support, identify and resolve computer system malfunctions, and provide remote IT support. The hardware supported will include Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, Canon printers, and various copiers. On the other hand, the System Administrator will ensure that company standards, policies, and procedures are being followed. They will install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and related hardware and software, and provide second and third level telephone support. The hardware supported will include Lenovo servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and various copiers. Both positions will assist the IT team in server maintenance and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
