They are accountable for adherence to safety and quality guidelines, holding weekly safety meetings, and escalating performance-related communications to the Security Systems Project Manager when necessary. The Lead Security Systems Technician works closely with the Project Manager to ensure productivity, job completion, and compliance with project budget. They also serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, attend meetings, and demonstrate technical expertise in card access, CCTV, CATV, and intrusion systems.

Security Systems Project Manager: In Huntsville, the Security Systems Project Manager oversees the recruitment, training, management, and supervision of project-related staff. They manage human resource issues, complete performance evaluations, and provide guidance to meet customer and company goals. The Project Manager is responsible for workload distribution, monitoring customer delivery, and ensuring job installation progress. They also handle financial aspects such as job cost postings, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting. Additionally, the Project Manager manages quality and safety issues, participates in the bid process, and implements account process improvements.
