The Project Management Office Program Manager in our Huntsville branch is responsible for creating, developing, and implementing program-specific process improvements in project management operations, while also assisting in PM recruitment, hiring, and training recommendations for project management related staff. They also provide guidance and mentoring to meet all company goals and objectives, participate in recommendations for PM performance ratings, and monitor project financial health to achieve company goals. The Project Management Office Systems Lead acts as the point of contact and subject matter expert for the Service Now platform, performing and managing system administration tasks, development, design, engineering, architecture, networking, and configuration. They also oversee and lead future functionality and system development, conduct process evaluations to gain knowledge of end user requirements, and work closely with internal clients and external vendors/partners to identify, assess, and document functional requirements.
