What will you do as a Project Coordinator at our IES Communications' Birmingham Branch?
Our branch in Birmingham is currently seeking Project Coordinators to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure effective cooperation and communication. Your responsibilities will include preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring weekly updates, managing workload distribution, and monitoring customer delivery and job installation progress. You will also review and upload test results, review drawings, and physically measure rooms to ensure they are accurate for generating complete as-builds. Additionally, you will assist in various project engineering tasks, coordinate with project management and leads/superintendents, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with little or no supervision, and the capacity to handle confidential information are essential for this role. You will also be responsible for analyzing cost and resource graphs, tracking program level billing and reporting, creating and revising complex Excel spreadsheets, and performing reporting audits for accuracy. Overall, you will play a crucial role in project implementation and completion, providing necessary elements for weekly and monthly reports, and assisting in project closeout activities.
