Our team is adept at maintaining daily computer performance, conducting thorough clean-ups as part of their troubleshooting process, and diligently following up with customers to confirm resolutions. They're instrumental during the onboarding of new employees, making sure newcomers feel supported from day one. With a keen eye on asset management through precise database records and skilled in providing remote IT support using advanced software, they handle an array of equipment including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, and more. Their expertise extends to network and PC technical support, responding promptly to user needs and questions about network access. Our technicians are also tasked with network troubleshooting, server maintenance, and deployment, showcasing their ability to learn rapidly—evidenced by obtaining A+ certification within six months.
