A significant part of their responsibility includes following up with customers to confirm that all concerns have been addressed satisfactorily. Additionally, they assist new employees during the onboarding process by ensuring they have the tools needed for success, maintaining meticulous records of our assets, and offering remote IT support utilizing advanced remote control software. The range of hardware supported encompasses Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and Dell desktops and laptops, HP printers, various copiers, and Cisco network equipment, highlighting the versatility required in this role. Beyond these tasks, our technicians provide invaluable network, PC, and software technical support, diligently responding to user inquiries regarding access to network resources and conducting network troubleshooting to identify and rectify common problems. Their commitment to continuous learning is evident in the requirement to obtain A+ certification within six months, alongside responsibilities such as server maintenance and deployment.
