Our team stays connected with customers until every issue is resolved, playing a crucial role in the onboarding process by preparing new employees’ tech setups. Asset management is streamlined through meticulous record-keeping in our database. Offering remote support using advanced software, they ensure our diverse hardware—including Dell and Cisco servers, Lenovo and HP devices, among others—operates flawlessly. Beyond troubleshooting network problems, they're committed to ongoing learning, aiming for A+ certification within six months, and take on server maintenance and other responsibilities as needed.
