At IES in Arizona, our Infrastructure Technicians and Lead Infrastructure Technicians are the backbone of our operations. These dedicated team members bring precision and expertise to every project, whether they're measuring, cutting, bending, or installing electrical conduit with an array of tools like rules, conduit benders, and dual trigger bandsaws. They take pride in building infrastructure from the ground up—installing backboards, ensuring proper grounding for racks and equipment, and setting up raceway and cable tray systems. Our technicians, across levels I and II, not only focus on the technical aspects but also assume responsibility for the performance and training of their crews, adhering strictly to safety and quality standards while keeping projects on schedule. The Lead Infrastructure Technician takes this a step further by running major project crews, maintaining close communication with project managers to ensure productivity and compliance with budgets, conducting weekly safety meetings, and serving as the primary onsite contact for our clients. Together, we at IES Arizona strive to complete each task efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is meticulously handled and that every project meets our high standards of excellence.
