Return Policy
IES provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on workmanship for installed cabling systems, along with applicable manufacturer warranties for products and equipment, which may range from 20 to 25 years depending on the certified system and manufacturer program. Warranty and return support is administered in accordance with IES and manufacturer-published policies. It shall not be more restrictive or more costly than those offered to similarly situated customers for comparable products and services.
